Now, Baldwin primarily wants to focus on his diet. He had already changed it once for the film “Blue Jasmine”—with remarkable success! “I didn’t eat any pasta, potatoes, sweets, or sugar, and I probably lost 25 pounds (11 kilos),” he recalled of his radical diet.
His wife has even noticed some differences in recent weeks. “I see you more often in the gym; you’ve become calmer,” she said. “We will need a long time to process this and relearn how to live,” said Hilaria Baldwin.
