Pumping, panting, sweating–if you were actively participating in the FITBOOK Move JAM 2021, you couldn’t avoid it. In every session of Germany’s largest online fitness festival, we presented you with two 40-minute workouts led by top coaches. Always included: Our headliner, CrossFit athlete and personal trainer Shagel Butt. He also actively joined the discussions during workout breaks when moderator Chris Wackert spoke on the couch in the studio at the Berlin Heeresbäckerei with the connected experts about the submitted FITBOOK reader questions. For those who missed the fitness festival, we’ve summarized all sessions here.

As always, an important note: Please participate as much as your fitness level allows. It’s good to push to the limit when your muscles burn, but don’t overdo it. It’s not a shame to take a short break to regain strength. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, stop the workout immediately. If symptoms persist, please consult your doctor.
