- Deep Squats–3 sets of 12 reps
- Deep Squat Jumps–12 reps
- X-Hops–3 sets of 8 to 13 reps
- X-Plank–3 sets of 10 leg touches
- Bent Leg Sit Up–3 sets of 12 reps
- Russian Twist–3 sets of 12 reps
- Crisscross–3 sets of 12 reps

- Side Lunge–3 sets of 12 reps
- Reverse Lunge–3 sets of 12 reps
- Hand Slide Outs–3 sets of 12 reps
- Siding Jackknife–3 sets of 12 reps
- Plank to Pike–3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
- Leg Slide Outs–12 reps per side
About the person: Anna Kraft is Germany’s fastest TV host. The former German champion in sprint/relay is also a sports science graduate and has already written two fitness books.
