Since her successful participation in “The Biggest Loser,” Alexandra Gregus has maintained her weight. A huge achievement! Important for the 34-year-old educator: A healthy, nutritious breakfast that keeps her full until lunch. Our FITfuttern recipe of the week!
The favorite breakfast of Alexandra Gregus is a cake—and it comes in a cup! It contains flaxseeds and valuable oats, ingredients that are filling and aid digestion—and boost the immune system: Oats, in particular, are real nutrient powerhouses! They contain B vitamins and vitamin E, essential amino acids, folic acid, and minerals like magnesium and zinc. It’s sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, which gives it a caramel note. Finally, it can be topped with fruits to your heart’s content.

Nutritional values per cup
One mug cake comes with 400 calories and an impressive 26 grams of protein. This is extremely important for numerous cellular processes in the body, not least for muscle building. And as figure-conscious people know, well-developed muscles help with staying slim, as they increase energy expenditure (even at rest). The mug cake also provides valuable fiber, which supports our digestion, and thanks to the fruit, a few vitamins. This treat is allowed daily!
