In an interview, Kim Kardashian revealed new details about her workouts, including which ones she prefers and which aren’t for her. “I’m a passionate weightlifter, so I do a lot of strength training,” Kim Kardashian said in an interview with “Vogue.” I’ve had some back issues, so I had to adjust some of my workouts, but I definitely need to do lower-body exercises to stay in shape.” Often by her side during strength training: celebrity trainer Senada Greca. She knows how important strength training is, especially for women—particularly those who have crossed the 40-year mark. At 44, her most famous client, Kim Kardashian, belongs to this target group.

Kim Kardashian Relies on Weight Training and Pilates
Even though Kim Kardashian focuses on hips, buttocks, and legs, she doesn’t neglect other body areas in her workouts. “I also train my upper body on some days,” she emphasized. “I usually pick a specific body part, and we stick with that for the day. I work out for an hour and a half a day, with weights and stretching exercises, and a bit of cardio. I love Pilates, so I incorporate that. I notice immediately if I don’t include Pilates at least once a week—my back lets me know. I just need that stretching and lengthening.”
This Workout Doesn’t Suit Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian has had less favorable experiences with other workouts. You probably won’t find these in her training program. “Anything that involves dancing,” the 44-year-old revealed when asked which workouts she tried only to find they weren’t her thing. Whether dancing simply isn’t fun for her or she lacks a good sense of rhythm, Kardashian didn’t disclose. However, she did mention another workout she doesn’t care for: “I know I should do hot yoga, but I tried it once and fell asleep. Just because of the atmosphere—you lie down, close your eyes. I can fall asleep anywhere.”

Some athletes are staunch advocates of morning workouts, while others don’t get going until the afternoon. When does the reality star prefer to train? “In the morning.
